The Objective

The agency has two separate service specialisms serving two mostly distinct audiences. The challenge was to find a way to differentiate the two sides of the business while addressing two broadly separate user needs as well as presenting the agency as an integrated whole. Crossover between the audiences should be addressed also.

The Problem

The agency has two separate service specialisms serving two mostly distinct audiences. The challenge was to find a way to differentiate the two sides of the business while addressing two broadly separate user needs as well as presenting the agency as an integrated whole. Crossover between the audiences should be addressed also.

The Solution

To build three visually consistent websites and interlink them so that each serves the required user needs and acts as a targeted marketing tool. The websites for Digital and Video operate as landing pages with silo-specific content. Each can be understood independently of the other. For a third use case there is an agency overview website which channels visitors toward one or other silo.

Design Planning & Research

The problem defined and the solution identified, design planning and research come next. I start with mood boards and competitor analysis as an inspirational launchpad into rough sketches, wireframes and task flows. These are the first steps towards building out the solution to the problem.

High Fidelity Mockups

After rough ideas, wireframes and task flows have been mapped out, I'm ready to start work on High Fidelity Mockups. The details are informed by solid groundwork in the planning phase.

Interactive Prototype

After screen designs and user flows are completed I build an interactive prototype. Once complete, usability and user flows can be assessed and validated and user testing with customers begins.
